In 1911, when ocean liners were the preferred mode of travel, Vispring signed its first large orders. Vispring's bespoke mattresses perfectly complemented the luxurious cabins and suites of the world's most elegant ships, including Titanic and Olympic. Over the years, Vispring artisans have innovated their mattress fillings, incorporating natural materials such as horsehair, pure cotton, Shetland wool, silk and cashmere. In 1932, Vispring introduced the world's first pocket spring daybed, offering an unrivaled sleeping experience.

After decades of innovating and creating bespoke mattresses, Vispring was honored with the Queen's Award for Enterprise in 2012, recognizing British companies that excel in international trade, innovation or sustainable development. Today, Vispring beds are available in 50 countries, offering peaceful nights of sleep to more people than ever.
